Structure - Functions - Objectives
The Advisory Board is constituted by a group of independent experts
committed to the purpose of offering advice, support and inspiration
and to suggest ideas and activities on a wide range of issues relevant
to the objectives of the Organisational Art Council. These issues are
likely to include areas such as partnerships, public relations,
publications, philosophy, image, contacts, financing, law, expertise,
scientific research, administration, strategy, international matters
and more. The Advisory Board has no business executive function.
Appointment must be done with a majority of support/commitment from all the members of the Advisory Board.
Advisors will be appointed for one year, renewal being possible. They
will not be financially compensated for their activities.
If the artists (two at least) of the Advisory Board agree mutually, they have the right of veto over any decision.
The Advisory Board is active since August 2008.
